• Account: mobile number (username), optional password, optional email if you add one.
• Profile: name and exam preferences you choose (paper, languages, electives).
• Learning activity: assessment attempts, answers, practice sessions, and derived readiness signals needed to coach you.
• Technical: device/app version, basic diagnostics logs, and security signals for abuse prevention.

How we use information

• Authenticate you (SMS OTP via our cloud provider) and keep you signed in.
• Deliver diagnostics, practice, and progress views.
• Improve question quality and product reliability.
• Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We use trusted processors (for example cloud hosting, authentication, and SMS delivery). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention

We keep account and learning data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, audits, and legal needs.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@n3clouds.com. SMS OTP and core learning features may not work if required account data is removed.

Children

N3Coach is intended for adult learners preparing for teacher eligibility exams, not for children under 13.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the revised policy.
